• Estimate, quote, and invoice-ready alerts and links;
• "On our way" and project status updates;
• Secure payment links;
• Replies to questions you send us and general customer-service communication.

How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms at www.tlwindowsdoors.com (such as the Free Estimate and Contact forms), or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you request service in person, by phone, or in writing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity and interactions with us.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.

Opt Out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
